How many hours are included?
The $6,000 plan covers about 40 hours per month. For more coverage, including on-call, see the AI Platform Partner plan on our pricing page.
How do we communicate?
A shared Slack channel for day-to-day work, a ticket board for planned work, and a monthly review call.
Can we cancel?
Yes. Plans are monthly with 30 days notice. If you hire in-house, we help with hiring and a clean handover.
Do you work in our time zone?
We keep daily overlap with US Eastern and UK hours.
